Ceramic & Porcelain Tile Cleaning CleanChoice offers ceramic and porcelain tile and grout cleaning, sealing, and reparation services. Ceramic and porcelain tile being a non-porous surface cleans up with tremendous results. The grout being porous however, can be more challenging to renew. At CleanChoice we offer several different options in cleaning and sealing in order to restore & protect your tile and grout.

Our ceramic or porcelain tile and grout cleaning service includes a pre-treatment with a high alkaline de-greaser applied to your ceramic tile and grout. We then power-scrub your ceramic or porcelain tile and grout to agitate and prepare for rinsing. We then rinse your ceramic or porcelain floor with our steam and pressure suction equipment to blast away oil, dirt, grime, and pump it out to our tanks for haul away. Next we apply a clear seal to your grout lines to ensure that the clean we gave you lasts!

Ceramic Tile & Grout Acid Wash

Sometimes after cleaning ceramic or porcelain tile and grout, some stains and discolorations may continue to remain in the grout lines. The reason for this is because grout is naturally porous and if it has not been cleaned and sealed consistently during its life, dirt and oil can soak into the pores and stain the top layer of the grout. The purpose of an acid wash is to etch the top layer of the stained grout, exposing new fresh non-stained grout. This service must be preceded by our ceramic or porcelain tile and grout cleaning service as the floor must be de-greased prior to an acid wash services.
